Terms of Use & Service

Company that completed an online application at hirethewinners.com to use our recruiting service agrees to pay Hire the Winners to start a 30 day hiring campaign.  We will find, screen, and email qualified candidates to the contact person in the application.  The hiring fee is due the day the hired candidate starts working. The amount to be paid will be the price quoted by email. The contracted company agrees to pay Hire the Winners for any person hired that made an application with Hire the Winners after the start of the hiring campaign or who comes directly to your company. If you choose to advertise during the hiring campaign, the Terms of Service still applies to all hires. The applicable hiring fee applies to any applicant that comes to your company after the start of the hiring campaign who is not on your exceptions list (see below for clarification) that you hire. (Hired for any position up to 120 days from the expiration of the hiring campaign), the fee for the position hired is due).

 

People may see the ad and come directly to your company.  We recommend you have them go to our website at hirethewimmers.com, click on “Job Seekers”, “Get Started” and fill out an application. We will put them through our screening process or you can interview and hire them as either way the hiring fee is due.

 

Exceptions

Candidates you interviewed up to 30 days prior to the start of the hiring campaign and emailed to info2@hirethewinners.com within 72-hours of the start of the hiring campaign.  The hiring fee will apply to any person hired that made application with Hire the Winners and is not on the 72 hour exceptions list. (If you choose to advertise during the hiring campaign, the Terms of Service still apply to all hires). It is the responsibility of the company to inform Hire the Winners of the start date of the candidate hired, no later than 72 hours of the completion of the candidate's first day. The company agrees to pay Hire the Winners by credit card within 72 hours of the day the hired candidate starts working with contracted company. Your credit card will be charged the day the candidate starts working and is confirmed by the company or the person hired.

REFUND POLICY

The candidate hired by the company will be guaranteed for 30 days from the start date. If the candidate resigns, is terminated or leaves for any reason within 30 days of the start date, Hire the Winners will run a 30 day Hiring Campaign at no charge to find a replacement.  (If more than one candidate is hired from that campaign, the hiring fee will apply (additional hires only).

 

To qualify for the REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE, the company must email info2@hirethewinners.com the name of person, start date, and the last day of employment, make request within 10 days of termination with a maximum request time of 40 days from hire date to qualify for the replacement guarantee.  When the 30 day hiring campaign expires and all qualified candidates from the no charge hiring campaign have been sent to the contact person at the company, the guarantee obligation will have been satisfied.  If the company hires their own replacement for that position, or elects not to fill that position, the replacement guarantee will not apply. There is no replacement guarantee on a person hired as a replacement. (One replacement per hire). The day the replacement starts working, the replacement guarantee will be satisfied.  The replacement guarantee must be used immediately following separation.

 

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON HIRING CAMPAIGNS OR HIRING FEES.
