Terms of Use & Service - Dealer

I agree to pay Hire the Winners the price agreed to upon employment of the candidate I received by email from Hire the Winners prior to hire. I agree to pay by credit card at www.hirethewinners.com.

REFUND POLICY

The candidate hired by the dealer will be guaranteed for 60 days from date hired and/or paid which ever is first. If the candidate resigns, is terminated or leaves for any reason within 60 days of date hired the dealer will have the option of one replacement candidate(total of one replacement) or a refund of the price paid, dealers option. (ie.There will only be one replacement or reimbursement per candidate hired. If candidate A leaves for any reason the dealer will opt for a replacement "candidate B" or refund. If dealer opts for a replacement candidate, the refund will not apply. If candidate B leaves there will be no refund or replacement candidate). If the candidate completes online training for $189, the hiring dealer agrees to reimburse the candidate the $189 training investment 90 days after hire date if the candidate has been continuously employed by the dealer with proof of training completion (55 segments). Hire the Winners will not accept any responsibility for the $189 reimbursement. No dealer will be responsible for any money back offers from Hire the Winners. Dealer must email smunyan@hirethewinners.com and request money back within 10 days of termination with a maximum of 70 days from hire to qualify for money back offer including name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number, last 4 digits of the credit card with billing address, expiration month/year, security code. The original credit card will be issued a credit reflecting the same amount paid.

Terms of Use & Service - Free Application

There is no charge to take the Car Sales Simulator®, receive a personal telephone interview and present your information to auto retail dealers. They will contact you if they want to set up an interview. Hire the Winners has no obligation to release the names of the dealers that the application was presented to or to review the results of the Car Sales Simulator®.

Terms of Use & Service - Premium Application

Applicant agrees to pay $79 to Hire the Winners in exchange for a telephone and/or Webex online review of the car sales aptitude evaluation, a minimum of 1 hour of online interview preparation training, personal telephone coaching session and ongoing support for 60 days from hire date.

REFUND POLICY

We guarantee an interview with a car dealer or will refund your money. No car dealer will be involved with any money back offer from Hire the Winners. Hire the Winners will schedule an interview within 30 days of payment or refund the applicants money. If hire Winners schedules the interview it will be confirmed by an email to the email address listed on the application. If applicant does not go to the interview there will be no refund. If applicant qualifies for a refund he/she must request by email at smunyan@hirethewinners.com and request money back within 40 days of payment to qualify for money back offer including name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number and, last 4 digits of the credit card with billing address, expiration month/year, security code. The original credit card will be issued a credit reflecting the same amount paid.

Terms of Use & Service Training

Applicant agrees to pay $189 to Hire the Winners in exchange for a 30 day use of e-autotraining silver online training. Upon payment the applicant will receive an email (email on the application), including a user name and password to be used for 30 days from the day email is received by applicant. Dealer hiring the applicant agrees to pay the applicant $189.00, 90 days after date hired, upon 90 days of continuous employment. Applicant must have proof of successful completion of all training (by printing out exams and certificates for all courses). Hire the Winners will not accept any responsibility for the $189 reimbursement. The training will be offered at www.eautotraining.com and include the following courses.

Terms of Use & Service - Guaranteed Job Placement

Applicant agrees to pay $399 to Hire the Winners in exchange for the following:

  1. Refund Policy - Guaranteed job placement with an auto retail dealer. We will place you with a dealer with in 60 days of the day you applied and paid $399 or we will refund $399*. *When a car dealer offers you a job that will constitute a job placement. If you reject the job for any reason that will void the guarantee. (To qualify for the $399 refund applicant must have satisfactory completion of all training segments for placement guarantee including exams and certificates for all courses and fax to 843-236-9434 or mail to Hire the Winners, P.O Box 3028, Myrtle Beach, SC 29578 or email to smunyan@hirethewinners.com within 1 week following the 60 day guarantee period)
