The Car Sales Simulator® has been scientifically tested and proven to identify not only top performers before they set foot on your showroom floor, but average and below average ones too.  Sales people selling in four distinct performance categories, "very dominate performers", "dominate performers", "average performers" and "below average performers" all scored appropriately for their actual performance level.

The Car Sales Simulator® was administered to a sample of actual car sales reps who were divided into four groups based on objective measures of their actual performance levels. One group comprised reps selling 20+ cars per month, the next group selling 14-19 cars/month, the next group selling 8-13 cars/month and last group consisted of reps selling 8 or fewer cars per month. The average total score of each group was significantly higher than the group below it and the average total score of each of our sample groups established the benchmarks for our simulation assessment.
