Candidates can be steered to the Car Sales Simulator® in a number of ways. You can put a "Take a Test Drive in the Car Business" banner on your Web site. You can include the Web address in your advertisements. You can rely on word-of-mouth, etc. Once they arrive at the simulator site, candidates will first see a short demo, and will then be invited to take the simulation. Alternatively, if you prefer to exercise greater control over the pool of candidates accessing the simulator, you can restrict access via password functionality.
Immediately after a candidate has completed the simulation and test, you'll receive a comprehensive and easy-to-understand evaluation that addresses such issues as:

  • your candidate's motivation
  • the ability to close sales
  • empathy and investigation skills


The report will red flag possible problem areas, show how your candidate compares to benchmark sales leaders, and suggest interview questions. With this report, you have critical information for making important hiring decisions and conducting more focused job interviews.
